Q: Are World of Linens products available in department stores or on the high street?

A: The majority of our products are only available directly from World of Linens and are 100% exclusive to us. The great thing about this is that our overheads are much lower and we can offer our luxurious products at extremely competitive prices.

Q: Are 100% cotton products hard work to iron?

A: All of the products at the World of Linens are made from the finest quality fabrics and materials available today. Although some 100% cotton bed linen can be notoriously difficult to iron, ours is treated with a revolutionary softening process to compliment minimal ironing. Please see the icons on our current brochure for details, listed by design.

Q: Do World of Linens sell polycotton bed linen?

A: Our premium bed linens are made from 100% pure natural materials. We do however use the highest quality man made fabrics to compliment our range and ensure we maximize our offer to you.

Q: What is a tog?

A: Tog is a term used t o describe the warmth of duvet. 4.5 tog is a cool and lightweight, 9 tog is a medium-warm option and 13.5 tog is wonderfully warm.

Q: Why choose a goose down duvet?

A: The down clusters from a goose are bigger and lighter than those from other birds. This means they can trap more air in between them, creating a duvet that is blissfully warm yet incredibly light. Goose down also comes in different qualities (the higher the quality, the lighter the duvet

Q: What is a box construction?

A: Duvets with a box construction have been specially sewn with even-sized squares all over. These boxes keep the filling evenly distributed and prevent it slipping to the bottom.

Q: Do you sell pairs of pillowcases?

A: Yes we do. Most luxury bed linen suppliers sell pillowcases as single items but we feel that this is often unnecessarily expensive for customers. That’s why we always sell pillowcases in pairs, giving you far better value for money.

Q: Something for everyone?

A: We have designs and styles for every type of home and personal taste. Whether you want to kit out a cool, chic apartment or prefer a homely, rustic feel, there is a World of Linens range that’s perfect for you. All of our styles are exclusively created by the World of Linens design team, who have taken inspiration from timeless classics and given them a fresh take. As we are constantly updating existing products and adding more there are always new designs available, selected from our extensive research and World sourcing.

Q. Are the World of Linens goods presentation packed?

A: At the World of Linens we proudly package our products in the highest quality recycled PVC bags. If you require gift packaging, please contact us by phone on 0870 042 7025 or via email at customerservices@worldoflinens.com and we’ll gladly gift wrap your special gift. Q. Is World of Linens going to be adding more products to the current range?

A: Yes, we’re constantly adding new and exciting products to our range. Soon, we’ll have many more new products added please see these on our website or in our fantastic new brochure. Q. What payment methods are available? Can I "buy now pay later"?

A: World of Linens accepts online payment by credit/debit card only. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta and American Express. We do not offer a credit facility at the present time. To order by debit or credit card please visit www.worldoflinens.com or call 0870 042 7025 and one of our experienced sales consultants will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

Q. Can you deliver to my work address?

A: We will be happy to arrange delivery to your most convenient address. You can specify an alternative delivery address when placing your order at www.worldoflinens.com or over the telephone.

Q. Can I return my order if I am not completely satisfied?

A: We will be happy to exchange your order for something else from our extensive range, or, if the items are faulty, you can opt for a full refund if you prefer. Instructions for returning goods are printed on the reverse of the invoice that is sent with every order. Alternatively, please call 0870 042 7025 for advice. Q. I can't find what I am looking for, do you have a search facility online?

A: We have a search box at the top of every page of the website. Please type in what you are looking for and click the search button. From the search results, click on the image of the product you are interested in to be taken to the relevant page.

Q. I want to buy something from your website but I am not registered: can I still make a purchase?

A: Yes you can make a purchase without being registered, however being registered allows you to receive our brochure and our monthly newsletter informing you of special promotions, discounts and new addtitions to our collection. To register simply click sign in on our home page and enter your email address and click submit. You will then be taken to our registration page.

Q. I'd prefer to buy over the phone: do you have a catalogue and sales hotline?

A: You can request a copy of our latest catalogue and we will send you one in the post. You can then browse through our extensive catalogue from the comfort of your own home and place an order either via www.worldoflinens.com or by calling our sales team on 0870 042 7025.

Q. I'd like to know about new products and special offers. Can you keep me updated via email?

A: Subscribe to our email newsletter and we’ll keep you informed about all of our latest products and special offers. We will never give away or sell your personal details to any other company, so you’ll only receive emails from us, and you can easily unsubscribe at any time if you wish.

Q. Do you have any shops or retail outlets that I can visit?

A: Currently World of Linens doesn’t have any shops or retail outlets at the moment as we are specialising in incredible value and service provided through our brochure and website.
