We use Parcel Force to deliver our goods. All deliveries
take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and need to
be signed for at the address they are being delivered to.
If there is no one available to accept the delivery, a second
attempt will be made on the next available working day. If
the second attempt your order has not been delivered, you
will be required to collect the goods from your local Parcel
force depot. Details can be found on the card left by the
delivery driver. Alternatively, if you still require delivery
after this, a further delivery payment will be requested.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change
the delivery address. If you have made a mistake when placing
your order and wish to change the shipping address please
contact
us as soon as possible by telephoning 0870 042 7025 .
Any deliveries to offshore or remote areas may be subject
to an additional cost. These include Scottish Highlands
and islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and The Republic
of Ireland. Please contact us for more information before
placing your order. Delivery charges and promises for any
non-UK orders can be obtained from our Customer Services Department.
